Institutional channel
Supply to public and private health institutions. This is the channel where scale and documentary compliance matter most, and where our cost structure performs best.
Catalog expansion
Progressive addition of lines based on the real demand we receive. Every inquiry that comes through the search tells us which product to add next.
Sanitary registrations
Registration of priority molecules before the national authority. It is the requirement that opens the private channel of clinics and pharmacies, and the one with the longest lead time.
Regional expansion
Replication of the model across Central America, starting with El Salvador. The same supply chain serves more than one country without duplicating structure.
How we decide
Eight principles that apply to every decision, with every customer, at every level of the company.
We start with the person waiting for the product and work backwards: the customer, the warehouse, the manufacturer. Trust takes years to earn and is lost in a single delivery.
Nobody at CORPASA says something is not their job. Responsibility runs from the manufacturing site to the customer's door. Transport is contracted. Responsibility is not.
GMP certification, sanitary registration and batch traceability on every product. Quality is not declared, it is documented. Our standard does not drop because the customer is not watching.
We do not quote delivery dates that depend on luck. If the product is not in-country or in confirmed transit, we say so. A timely no is worth more than a broken yes.
We run a lean structure and buy where the product is made. Every point of cost we avoid is budget that buys more units. Our austerity is not our saving, it is the customer's advantage.
We know prices, procurement cycles and historical demand product by product. No important decision is made on a hunch.
We respond within 24 business hours. Almost every decision is reversible. Delay almost never is.
